1 Definitions and Interpretations

In these Terms, the following words are used with the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — ja7's website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person registered on ja7.
• "Account" — each member's personal user account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, cashback, or reward provided by ja7.
• "Deposit" — the process of adding funds to a member's account.
• "Withdrawal" — the process of taking funds out of a member's account.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to participate on the ja7 platform:

• You must be a legally competent person who can enter into a binding contract.
• You will operate the account on your own behalf and for yourself — not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.

ja7 may request a national identity card or other official documents at any time to verify age. Providing a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ja7 may complete an identity verification process where required. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• Copy of national identity card
• Proof of address
• Proof of ownership of payment method

Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ja7 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. This limit applies equally across all methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases of verification or other security reviews.

4.4 Transaction Restrictions

• Deposits or withdrawals using any third-party account are prohibited.
• Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal activity will be cancelled immediately.
• ja7 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction without stating a reason.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If any misuse or fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ja7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program and Rewards

ja7's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and engagement on the platform. ja7 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Maintaining a fair and honest environment on ja7 is our top priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Collusion — multiple players working together to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Registering with a false or borrowed identity.
• Money laundering through the platform.

If prohibited activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

ja7 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment purposes.

• Members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits.

• Issues arising from a user's own internet connection.

• Errors related to software from third-party game providers.

ja7 is not liable for any winnings or losses resulting from a technical error and reserves the right to cancel the relevant transactions.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by ja7

ja7 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior.
• Providing false information.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

12.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. The opportunity to withdraw eligible balances will be provided before the account is closed.

13 Changes to Services

ja7 reserves the right to modify service features, game selection, bonus structure, or any other aspect at any time. Members will be informed as early as possible about significant changes.

14 Changes to Terms

ja7 may amend these Terms as needed. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Members are advised to check this page regularly.
